V for Vendetta

Rich went as V (from V for Vendetta- the movie) for work. He said it was a smooth day until he tried to visit one of his stores in a mall... security didn't like the mask. He looked sharp though!

Halloween fun!!!!

Today we had a playgroup Halloween party!!! I went as a Hershey's Kiss. Gwyneth was the CUTEST little ladybug. We had a great time. We had a fair turnout- Gwyneth happened to be the only girl at the party. But all the kiddos were so cute!!! Later this evening, once Gwyneth was asleep- Rich and I carved our little pumpkins that we had gotten at the pumpkin patch. It was so fun!

Pat's visit to Oklahoma

As most of you know, Pat is staying with us here in Oklahoma. We are making the 200-mile round trip drive to Tulsa one to three times per week. We will be doing this for the next few months while she receives care at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Today we visit Oral Roberts University in Tulsa to see the huge praying hands. They were cool...and BIG. Please keep Pat in your prayers, along with Barbara (Rich's step-mom). They are both giving cancer a big fight!

Our baby girl's name...

We have chosen a name for baby girl. She will be Chloe Rosalind Kimbley!!!

It's a GIRL!!!

Our big ultrasound was today. Rich and Gwyneth were both in the room as we looked at our newest addition on the big screen. We found out Gwyneth is going to have a baby SISTER. She is measuring right on track at 18 wks. We are so greatful for such a beautiful blessing!!!

Orr Family Farm

Today our playgroup visited Orr Family Farm here in OKC. Nice!!! Gwyneth had many firsts today- first outdoor train ride, first carousel ride, first petting zoo (if you don't count the zoo), first hayride and first visit to a pumpkin patch!!! Since it was a family outing Rich took off work and went with us! We had a blast.

Tennessee Trip

Wow!!! Our plane landed yesterday afternoon here in Oklahoma City. We just got home from Tennessee. We actually left for Tennessee on September 5th. Due to Pat's health issues, Gwyneth and I extended our original two week visit to a three week visit. We saw lots and lots of friends and family while there! Too bad we couldn't fit them in our suitcases and just bring them home with us. While in Tennessee, we got to stay with "Aunt" Mackenzie in Nashville and see Aunt Chris in Dickson. We attended a Sweat family get-together at Aunt Judy's (where Miranda shared her awesome news). Gwyneth and I saw the Lees, the Harbins and Terry Plunk. We also went to Sarah Miller's first birthday party. I got to go to some very important medical consultations with Pat in Jackson, Nashville and Tulsa, Oklahoma. In between all this- Gwyneth got to spend some quality time with her Papaw and Mimi. Gwyneth loved staying at Mama Sue's and Uncle Ben's house too. They do spoil us rotten, ya know. Of course, Gwyneth spoils them too with all her love and affection.
