Valentine's Day Pictures!!!

Today at the playdate at Chrishena's house, Lindsey graciously took pictures of all our little munchkins for Valentines Day. She did a fantabulous job!!! She also got some great pictures of Gwyneth with my belly. Here are some of my favorites:

Our trip to Tennessee!!!

We got home today from our trip to Tennessee. Rich surprised me with a weekend trip...one last trip to visit friends and family before little Chloe arrives!!! We all had a great time. Gwyneth got to see her Papaw and Mama Sue & Uncle Ben. She saw Grandmother and the Harbins along with many others. My friend Lisa surprised me with a 'mini-baby shower' at Atzimbas. Rich even visited Martin, where he saw his buddy Benji. We got caught in an ice storm on the way home. It was terrible weather and we actually ended up staying a hotel on the Arkansas/Oklahoma state-line last night. It actually took us five hours to drive the remaining 200 miles today. Wow!!! I am happy that we got to see everyone yet very happy to be home safe and sound.

Preparing for Chloe

Chloe is gonna have her own room. I am so excited for the things I am starting to accumulate for her nursery. I found her a great crib on Craigslist- never slept in. I have also ordered her bedding set and wall hanging. I hope to be posting pictures of the actual room soon- but here are the items. The first pictures are the actual crib. The second two pics are just off the retail website to show the bedding set and wall hanging.

Well, I have been TELLING you all how I am so much bigger this time. And now I have the proof. Here is a comparison picture of me today at 32 wks versus the very LAST belly picture I took of me preggers with Gwyneth at 38 wks. Holy cow.

Gwyneth's first haircut

If you hadn't noticed in the pictures- Gwyneth was overdue for a haircut. I had simply put it off and put it off, trying to delay the inevitable. It just felt like yet another milestone that is making her more of a little girl that just my baby. Tonight, after Aidan's birthday party, we went to Snip-Its- kinda like the Chucky Cheese of kids' hair salons. Daddy met us there. She loved it all except for the actual cutting process. Even that wasn't too terrible since she got a sucker and had Mommy blowing bubbles. They only cut just a tiny bit off (and put it in a baggie for the baby book)- but it looks so much better evened up. Our baby girl even has bangs now!!!
